What Are You Afraid Of — Tips on Overcoming Fear
The Fear of Judgment, The Fear of Failure

We are constantly being controlled by our fears; we let fear run every aspect of our lives unintentionally. The fear of being successful and not being able to handle it, also the fear of failure these are not risk-takers. Whenever you feel that deep anxiety just know it’s brain wanting to stay within its comfort zone and not wanting to improve because it’s already analyzing the obstacles ahead. Once we decide that fear will no longer control our lives that's when we will truly be alive.

As humans, we are subconsciously programmed to fear the unknown, hence why we fear death because we are not positive of what comes after death, but if you come to the conclusion that eventually everyone dies anyway that fear vanishes for a brief second.
Whenever we face a difficult situation our fears and insecurities start to show, tempting us to run away like cowards because our brain is designed to protect us, but in reality, what we’re doing is holding ourselves back from reaching our fullest potential. Whatever dreams you have its okay to be scared, we all get scared sometimes just don't let that fear enter your conscious mind.
The Fear Of Judgment
Oftentimes judgment is the only thing stopping us from accomplishing our goals. Being scare of what people think is one of the biggest fear that control our lives. F*** what people are going to think, they're not you, they don't know what you know, we all share different experiences in life and those experiences are what make us unique.
