The true prison we’re all living in is within our minds and the systematic systems that were placed to trap us within this prison.

We were all born within our own cells, but we did not realize it until we grew older. For some of us our cells are completely different.

Some have the key but lack the courage to open the door and leave the prison. Those with courage are still searching for the key, and they will eventually find it. Some don’t even know that they are in a cell until they are faced with an existential crisis.

Whatever category you’re in, I hope that this article has an impact on your life. Hopefully i can help you find your key or give you the courage to open the doors and explore the possibilities.

Breaking of the cell of your mind

It doesn’t matter who you are, or how far you’ve come in life. We all have fears. Our brains have a survivalist mechanism embedded inside of us to protect us from danger. That’s why before we do anything our first thoughts are what can go wrong? How will this impact my life if it doesn’t work out?

Sometimes we allow those fears to take over our lives. We will never break out of our cell if we are too fearful of the unknown. The truth is if we don’t embrace unknown, we will never take initiative.

We are often deceived by the fears of judgment, disappointment, and the most powerful of them all, failure. Unless we learn to embrace those fears and face them, we will always remain stagnant.

Fear was placed within us to allow us to foresee future outcomes. It’s an advantage because you can make plans to counter those outcomes when they actually happen, fear was never meat to hold us back.

Focus

Without focus and discipline you will easily give up on searching for your keys. Everyday is a constant search. If you take a day off it might set you back…
